3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Our services operate on a performance-based pricing model where you pay only for qualified leads that respond to your campaigns. Payment terms are as follows:

Charges apply only to leads that meet our qualification criteria and respond to outreach
Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per replied lead based on your selected plan and channels
Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VolcanoLabs and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VolcanoLabs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
